About Permanent Lighting Solutions

Permanent Lighting Solutions, PLS for short, sells permanent roofline lighting for houses in Nashville and across Middle Tennessee, and our installers fit it. PLS is veteran-owned. The idea is to put the lights up once, so nothing goes up in November and nothing comes down in January. The lights are LEDs set into a slim aluminum channel along the edge of the roof, and a house changes color from a phone instead of from a ladder.

The visible part is a color-matched aluminum channel fixed along the fascia or soffit. The LEDs seat down inside it and face the ground, so by day the channel reads as trim and at night you see the light without seeing the fitting. A controller sits indoors, and the phone app handles color and schedule. The roofline is measured first, and the channel is cut to that house before install day. The channel is made in three profiles, and whatever sits under the roof edge decides which one a house gets. Each part is shown up close in what goes on the house, part by part.

Licensed, insured and certified installers do every job. Behind that work stand the manufacturer's 5-year product warranty and our installers' workmanship warranty, and what is covered is spelled out in full.
