Commercial holiday lighting installation in Nashville, done once
One installation, app-controlled color, and a roofline that looks sharp for every season and every promotion without a crew coming back to restring anything.
Restaurants, bars, offices, and storefronts across Nashville. The same permanent system our installers put on homes, sized and zoned for a commercial roofline.
Commercial holiday lighting installation without a second crew every year
The system is the same permanent hardware our installers put on homes: LED nodes set into a low-profile channel under the roofline, run to a control unit, and left there. Nothing goes up or comes down between seasons, and what it holds up against through a Middle Tennessee year is covered in our FAQ answer on ice, heat, and storms.
Color, brightness, and timing all live in the app, so switching a storefront from everyday white to a holiday run or a promotion is a tap, not a service call.
Want a real holiday look out front? The same permanent Christmas lights our installers put on Nashville homes run red and green on a storefront, then switch back to your everyday look when the season ends.

What can a Nashville business control from the app?
Every install includes a programmable controller, and the installers set it up before they leave. After that you run the system from the app on your phone: color, brightness, timing, and zones. The full feature list is on the app control page.
Zones split the roofline into separate stretches, and each stretch can run its own look. A building with a street-facing front and a long side wall can run a different look on each at the same time, or the same look on both. The zones are laid out when the controller goes in.
Schedules do the daily work. The app has recurring schedules and sunrise and sunset timers, so the roofline can come on with the sky every evening and go off at the hour you pick, with nobody touching a phone. Holiday looks can be booked weeks ahead of time.
A long roofline or a second building stays on one account, so everything runs from the same app. The free estimate settles how many controllers the property needs.
Can a business use its own colors and holiday looks?
Color is picked on a wheel with millions of colors on it, so a business can settle on the one that suits its brand and keep it in a row of favorites in the app. Brightness can be dimmed right down for a quiet weeknight, and the controller can hold holiday colors, a favorite color, warm white every night, or a dim glow. Changing your mind later costs nothing.
A preset keeps a look under one name: its colors, its pattern, and its motion. Ready-made looks are in the app from day one, and you can save your own beside them, so a look for a weekend event or a promotion is one tap once it exists. You can try presets on a model house on the presets page.
Commercial Christmas lights are one more preset: red and green for the season, then back to your everyday look when it ends. Nothing is hung and nothing is taken down. For a game-day look, a two-color picker sets your team's colors, which is covered on the game day page.
Which commercial properties does permanent lighting fit?
Commercial permanent lighting uses the same hardware our installers put on homes: LED lights seated in a low-profile channel along the roofline, run to a control unit. It fits restaurants, bars, offices, and storefronts across Nashville, and any other building with an edge for the channel to follow.
A storefront can run an everyday white and change to a holiday look or a promotion from the app. An office can keep a warm white on a schedule and book holiday colors for the weeks that need them.
A restaurant or bar patio can run warm white on a Tuesday and game-day colors before kickoff on Sunday. Music mode makes the lights follow whatever is playing nearby, through your phone's microphone, and you pick a main color and a background color for it. Both are covered on the restaurant and bar exterior lighting page.
The channel also follows a covered patio ceiling, a column, a soffit, a pergola, or an outbuilding, so a patio cover or a separate building out back can be lit with the same system. Describe the property when you ask for a quote and the installers will tell you whether it works there.
A storefront that changes color, or a bar front that runs a game-day look, can first read how five Nashville-area towns word their rules on string lighting, flashing or animated lighting, glare and sign lighting. What five towns say about storefront lighting quotes the published text and offers no reading of a passage for any particular storefront.
Through a Middle Tennessee year
The lights sit inside the channel, and every component is UL rated, with the testing done by outside companies. A Nashville year brings a hot, wet summer, a few hard freezes, ice that can sit on a north slope for a week, and the occasional high wind.
Because nothing comes down in the autumn, no crew has to come back to restring anything. The channel is fastened along the fascia and the soffit rather than through the roof surface, and the run goes back to a control box inside. None of it is built to come off, so it stays part of the building the way a run of trim does.
Upkeep is a rinse, because spring pollen and summer dust dull anything under a roof edge. Every light in the channel is its own point, so if one fails the rest of the run stays lit.
Run time affects how long it lasts. The lifespan figure on the FAQ assumes evenings, not all night every night, and a schedule set once on the controller keeps to that without anyone remembering to switch the lights off. How many years permanent lights last is answered there, and the rated life and what stands behind it goes further.

A clean, professional install on a commercial roofline
The channel mounts under the fascia, the nodes seat into it, and the run stays out of sight until it is switched on. No ladders left leaning against the building after the job is done.
At 72 lumens, among the brightest permanent lights made, the run reads clearly from the street or the parking lot at night without extra fixtures.
Before install day, your building's roofline is measured and the channel is cut to fit, so it arrives ready to go up instead of being trimmed on site.
Before the installers leave, the zones are set up and the app is ready, so changing color or timing, or switching to a holiday look for the season, happens on your phone instead of with a service call.
How a commercial install runs, from free estimate to first night
Commercial holiday lighting installation goes the same way whether the building is a corner storefront or an office with a long side wall. There are four steps, and the first one costs nothing.
Ask for the free estimate
Use the quote form to tell us where the building is and what you want lit, then pick how you want to hear back: a call, a text, or an email. The reply comes the way you picked.
The roofline gets measured
Before any price is set, the roofline is measured. That measurement is what the quote is built on, and the channel is cut to fit your building ahead of install day rather than trimmed on site.
One quote, in writing
The quote covers the lighting system, standard mounting materials, the controller and power equipment, and the install itself: setup, testing, and a walkthrough. It is one price for the whole project. A lift, difficult access, or electrical that is not straightforward can add to it, and that gets called out before work starts.
Install day
You get a real install date once the roofline has been measured. Rain, lightning, ice, high wind, or a roof that is not safe to work on can push it back; the FAQ covers timing.
Get ahead of the November rush
Demand runs heaviest from October through December. An early-fall request gets ahead of that schedule; the same request in the last week of November joins a queue. If a holiday look matters to your season, start the free estimate early.

Ready to see it on your property
Roofline length, zones, and access decide the scope, and the installers measure it before anything is quoted. Running a restaurant or a bar? See the restaurant and bar page for the game-day and promotion angle built for that kind of business.
