A stone house with a rounded turret seen from below at night, its eaves and turret traced in red points and the stone walls washed in deep red under a dark sky.

Mt. Juliet's holiday events come from the city's Parks and Recreation Department, starting with Christmas in the Park on Tuesday, December 1, and ending with the Christmas parade on December 12. Lebanon's drive-through light show and the lamplight tours at The Hermitage are both close. What follows is every 2026 date posted so far, one that is still unsettled, and a note on lighting a house for the season. Confirm the details on the organizer's page before the day.

A late-morning parade leaves the evening open. Families who stay in town after the last float can head back out at dusk to see the houses lit for the weekend.

Christmas Tree Lighting: 2026 date not yet confirmed

The city's events page lists a Christmas Tree Lighting among its November park events, but the weekday and the date printed beside it do not agree, and no time or place is posted. Check that page again in early November for the final date.

The Nashville-area holiday lights calendar keeps all of these in one list, along with parades and tree lightings in the towns around Mt. Juliet.

One house, several dates

Mt. Juliet's holiday dates are spread out: a tree lighting the city lists for November, Christmas in the Park on Tuesday, December 1, then the parade on December 12. A house lit for the first can stay lit through the last with no extra work, provided the lights run on a schedule, the way permanent holiday lighting does, instead of an outdoor plug and a timer that resets every time the power blinks.

Red and green from the park to the parade

Read the Mt. Juliet permanent lighting page for houses around town, then ask for a free estimate on a roofline that stays red and green from Christmas in the Park on December 1 through the parade on December 12.
